Meet Anthony

"I stepped out to serve with our peace-keeping forces in Bougainville after joining the Australian Army Reserve, where I attained the rank of captain. It was at my local SES, where I met a local girl, Alicia, who stole my heart. With my beautiful wife, we are now raising our four boys, John, Sam, Tom and Joey in the Lane Cove Electorate."

As a councillor on Lane Cove Council, I realised the joy and privilege of representing the community I hold dear. When I was elected, I was the youngest councillor and mayor in Lane Cove’s history.

During my eight years on Lane Cove Council, two years as mayor, I continued working as a public servant at both State and Federal levels, until 2003 when I was elected to represent the seat of Lane Cove as State Member. Since 2011, I have proudly served as a senior Minister in the NSW Liberal National Government in several portfolios.
